Antibiotic Garlic Oil

Olive Oil
Fresh garlic, peeled

Garlic oil is a natural antibiotic. Pull apart the cloves and peel. Cut into thin slices and place in a jar. Pour in enough oil to cover garlic. Attach cheesecloth over jar and secure with a rubberband. Let stand for 2 weeks, strain, press and bottle. This can also be blended in the blender. For the proper proportion of oil, cover garlic with oil, then blend.
