Antiseptic Mouthwash
An effective antiseptic mouthwash.
1 cup brandy
30 drops Peppermint essential oil
20 drops Tea Tree Oil essential oil (antiseptic)
10 drops Myrrh essential oil (healing properties)
10 drops Fennel or Mandarin essential oil for flavor
Mix all ingredients in a bottle.
Alcohol-free: If you don’t want the alcohol wash, mix the essential oils with about 3/4 cup of baking soda and use as toothpaste. Run it through a mesh sifter or strainer a couple of times to mix it well and put it in a jar with a lid. Wet your toothbrush with water or peroxide, dip in this and brush. The oils give the soda a better taste and are very good for the gums.
