Cold & Flu Bath

This cold & flu bath has shown time and time again that it has healing properties. After you take this bath, shower off and then wrap yourself a nice warm robe so that you can continue to sweat and just go to bed. This bath will help alleviate many of your symptoms and get you on the path of healing. This bath is best taken at the start of flu symptoms but can also be taken any time during your cold or flu symptoms. Always have someone at home to monitor you because this bath can cause you to become light-headed.

TIME: 40 minutes - 1 bath is all you should need to turn your cold or flu in a healing direction. The best day of the week for you will be the day that your zodiac (sun) sign rules. For example: Cancer rules Monday, Gemini rules Wednesday, Leo rules Sunday.

INGREDIENTS:
10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
1 cup ground ginger or 1/2 pound ginger root cut into slices
dash of ground black pepper

If using fresh ginger root, cut it into slices and boil it for about 10 minutes before pouring into the bath water. Be VERY careful transferring the water from the stove to your already prepared bath water.
